Moosewood Coconut Lemon Layer Cake















Cake
1 cup butter, at room
temperature
2 cups sugar
1 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons pure
vanilla extract
2 and 1/2 cups unbleached
white flour
1 tablespoon baking
powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 egg whites
