eyes drawn towards light

The glowing light of the room pulled my eyes towards its mystery. Night had fallen suddenly, perhaps precociously as the earth tilts towards solstice. I listened to the tap tap of my own footsteps as I hurried home. Looking backwards I could see the faint shadows of the room's ghostly occupants.

A place perfect for a person like me thought, Princess Haiku and perhaps I will stop by for ink black tea, a tarot reading and an orange. What story do you see within the warm orb of the secret room?

Speaking of Solstice; it's time for me to listen to Loreena McKennitt's Book of Secrets.

an uncertain sky prevails

The sky reflects my own uncertainty. The wind changes direction and a perspective swirls into thin vapors. Tracings left behind are a ghost poets words. It takes practice to read them; signs and portents. What message do you read in these clouds?
