Flute by Night
Dark sounds
In a minor key.
At night tide
The flute speaks.
Take me to the
Haunted world.
The leap
Shimmer of trills
Waves rising
& swelling.
Sparkling black sand
In a tortured oyster
Pear arising
Luminous- void.
At the entrance
Lingers the flute
Of sorrow in the
Hand of Orpheus.
