"I Love Your Blog Award "From Nina

I am getting caught up on my blogging and would like to thank Nina at The Alien Next Door, for bestowing an "I Love Your Blog" award to Princess Haiku. A ghost is simply not used to this kind of attention. We are all pretty much expected to stay quietly in our shadows and all. I will have to float over to thank her and you are all invited to tag along for a good read.

Now it is my turn to pass this award on to some of the Blogs that I enjoy and so here goes. I have decided with one exception or two to feature some of my newer finds in cyberspace.

Japonisme always has to be on any list I make as she is a muse. Visit her space and you will see what I mean.

Romancing the Crone is a spiritual portal. "You are me, and I am you. You cultivate the flower in yourself, so that I will be beautiful. I transform the garbage in myself, so that you will not have to suffer. Thich Nhat Hanh" Yes, this is only the start of this wise retreat.

KyotoDailyPhoto
currently features a journey into the temples and gardens of ancient Kyoto.

Music is Art is a space that is an audiophiles dream. Rich visual imagery is layered with music as text. It is only on rare occasions that I venture outside the classical music arena but when I do it is here.

Light of Rose is an uplifting and visually lovely space. It offers glimpses of higher spiritual reality in the context of one woman's personal struggle to integrate spirituality into day to day life.

WhyPaisley is a quirky, intriguing space. I will let the author herself explain it." think i have finally defined why my blog is called ….why paisley???? I do not know what possessed me to take the name originally,, as you will see in the first post on this blog i gave the explanation was that when i was a little kid,, my gramma lived on a street called paisley.. and i knew that if,, more accurately when,, i ran away from home,, i had to get to paisley.. it was my heart,, the one place, i felt even as a little child, i would be safe and accepted for who i was and would become…."
