scarlet poetics, said Princess Haiku

Scarlet, bloomed on a treacherously windy day. -Treacherous for a poppy that is. I felt mildly rejuvenated by the wind disengaging tendrils of my hair and dispersing pollen helter-skeltery. Perhaps an hour after I completed my studies of this unfortunate creature. -A Lady in red.. The wind tore the gossamer glossy petals right off the stem. I barely had time to become familiar with Scarlet and she was gone. Let this serve as a rejoinder... that poetry today may not be what you think it is.
