in October the Spider Chrysanthemums grow taller, said Princess Haiku

I have played flute music for my spider chrysanthemums and still they do not bloom. Northern California is having record warm temperatures and the mums like a bit of snap and chill. Soon, I hope mused, Princess Haiku their beauty will grace my life. On October 25th I am attending a Chrysanthemum Exhibition and will hopefully obtain several photos of gorgeous mums.

I can't remember a time when these rare and exquisite flowers did not grace my life.

it is inexplicable that they resist your flute

Hi Mark! My chrysanthemums seem to have a mind of their own. Perhaps I should try Debussy.. On the other hand tomorrow it is expected to be record breaking warm. I am thinking about spraying them every half hour with chilled water. How far must this ghost poet go..

A ghost poet is able to travel through time as well as space. It's very convenient; no airplane lines etc.

The chrysanthemums have now survived the hottest summer in 30 years and three rain storms. Despite this I am assured at least one flower. Any day now.
