Rhapsody on a theme...

Music is a place that I can escape from myself and also enter more fully into personhood. Can there be anything better?

Oh, that expresses how I feel beautifully! I immerse myself in sound to create visual art. Just goes to show you alot can be said with few words. . .

Hey you, sorry I haven't been around in a while I've been out of town and I forgot to post it in my blog. But I have some new posts that I have of music as well and more things too. But I'm glad music is a place you can get away and feel alive from everyday life, it's a place for me as well. Anyhow I'm back in town and will have something new soon either tonight or tomorrow. You're going to love what I have to show and tell.

Hi Princess Haiku! This weekend is Canada Day. I think you will be celebrating your own national holiday soon on the 4th of July. I wish you a merry one!

All of the best things in life are connected to music memories, don't you think?

Thanks for sharing that with us. Music feeds the soul and fuels the imagination. I love it.

You are right about music. If something has me upset or depressed I will often practice for an hour and it will be like "Hmm, what was bothering me before?" Of course if I can't play, listening is great too. Tends to cleanse my mind a bit.

Hi folks,
Sorry I'm away so long. Back in a few days and Blogger glitched and sorry but I lost a few comments.

I think this is possibly one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever, I've loved it since I could remember, yes it's romantic, yes it's got those sweet violins, people have told me it's too much, too saccharine, I don't care, every time I hear it, it uplifts me, thank you. And I loved the carnival pictures in the last post.

You told me than you saw the movie "Billy Eliott"
Almost at the end of the movie, the examiners ask to him what he feels when he is dancing and he answers : "I disappear"

I find it is a wonderful definition too for something you love passionately
