Spring orchid too large-
shy, my heart hides under white clouds
a fragrant longing
Diane Dehler is an American Poet who is known for her romantic lyricism. Her poetry often explores and interprets classical mythology in a contemporary voice, evoking universal themes of love, death, birth and pathos. She received a degree from the Creative Writing Program at San Francisco State University, receiving the Outstanding Student of the Year Award. She has been published in several literary journals. She is also known for her flower photography, especially her studies of the Lotus and Chrysanthemum.
